Welcome to the home buyers section assisting buyers. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). I was one of the first 3,000 Realtors NATIONWIDE to achieve this prestigious designaion. As a CNE designated Realtor, you can be sure that I will be negotiating with YOUR best interests in mind. My number one goal is to get you the best possible deal on your next Home.

Certified Negotiations Expert students will learn from top negotiation expert, Tom Hayman, Owner / President of Negotiation Expertise, LLC. Tom offers over 40 years as an experienced international negotiation instructor and is a licensed real estate agent.

Because negotiation skills are so critical and necessary in real estate transactions, the Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation was created to recognize agents who have taken the extra step to receive professional negotiation training. The CNEdesignation shows advanced training and skill development in this key area, and clients can be much more confident in their agent’s ability to help them achieve their desired goals if the agent has earned the CNE designation.

The CNE designation allows the graduates of the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation Course to publicly communicate the higher skill level achieved in this course to clients and fellow agents.

Information

I provide my clients with as much information as possible so that you can make an informed decision. Information is key. Listing agents will not provide you the buyer with material information on a property. You need a Dedicated Buyer’s Agent that has the experience to help you get access to all of the information you will want.

Hard work

There is no substitute for hard work. I started working in 6th grade. I bought a lawn mower and walked up and down the streets of my Tempe neighborhood looking for grass to cut. At an early age, I learned if I provided a quality service to my clients, they would use me again and refer me to their friends. At the end of the day, I could be proud of my work. It’s no different today. If I do a good job, my clients will not have a house, but a home that they can build memories in. There is no greater satisfaction.
